Vin de Pays of the Loire Valley. It represents a production of 5,000 bottles per vintage. These vines are grafted on Riparia and 3309 depending on the nature of the soil. Our goal is to control the yield around 40 hectolitres per hectare on not very fertile land.
It is a structured wine intended to age. At first, aromas move on to peach, vanilla and almond. The aroma of hazelnut appears a little later.
